In order to minimize the incidents and doubts of citizens when they carry out procedures that require identification, apply the following recommendations to the content from where users access the VÀLid service in order to identify themselves and carry out your procedures:

  • Do not mention the name of the VÀLid service or the Open Administration of Catalonia, with the aim that the user does not have the perception that emerges from the process that is trying to be carried out by your institution. The brand VÀLid is only the name of the service to address our customers (the public bodies) but not the public.
  • Along the lines of the previous point, use the concept of "identification" as a message to link to the VÀLid website, that is: "identify here", "identify to continue", "you must identify" or something similar that fits your style and tone.
  • Detail the identification methods accepted by the body, which will be the ones the user will have as options when he arrives at the VÀLid website.
